Jovelyn Gonzaga’s message for Alyssa Valdez:
You always tell me, “Ate, papano ang mga bata? Ate let’s show up, respeto sa kanila”
Other people’s welfare is more important than your own.
You settle things quietly with wisdom and respect.

Inaalis lang muna nila ang kalaban sa ngayon, which is the Duterte's.
Maganda ang explanation ni Atty Ybañez about what THE CULT is trying to tell all of us: (1) “This (the rally) is not a call for accountability, but a WARNING!” (2) Huwag niyo kaming galawin, kung hindi, guguluhin namin kayo. (3) In effect, INC is saying that “THEY ARE ABOVE THE LAW.” “Basta gusto naming mag-rally, wala kayong magagawa.” (4) “Pananakot ito sa institusyon. Pananakot sa peace of our society. (5) In effect, this is plain and simple “BULLYING” from THE CULT!
⚠️ The freedom to rally is a protected right but the gov’t can regulate the time, place, and manner of expression.
Ang INC “surprise” rally ay walang permit like some of the rallies of leftists, na binubuwag agad.
Pag walang permit, dini disperse. No special treatment dapat. 👊
The league’s paltry one-game suspension of Alyssa Thomas after her fist to Caitlin Clark's throat barely begins to address the problem. https://t.co/VZpyiuwcif
A one-game suspension and no mention of punishment for the officials is a very poor response to a significant WNBA problem. Column coming soon. Our @usatodaysports news story:

There is something deeply troubling about a society that is quick to demand the harshest punishment for children, while celebrating convicted plunderers, tolerating corruption, and rewarding leaders who normalize violence.
Young people do not grow up in a vacuum. They learn from the values we model, the behavior we reward, and the systems we build around them. Violence rarely begins at the moment it becomes visible. It is often preceded by bullying, social isolation, neglect, untreated trauma, and countless missed opportunities for intervention.
If we want children to reject violence, then we must also be willing to examine the ways our society excuses, glorifies, and profits from it. We cannot celebrate violence among adults and expect young people to learn a different lesson.
