France who squeezed past Paraguay with a penalty, Argentina who had to go through extra time to beat Cape Verde and edged Egypt having to do it from 2-0 down late on with the help of some questionable refereeing. Not saying we’re better than those others mentioned but a bit rich saying we barely won against a decent Mexico side in their home ground with 10 men for much of it when the others only won narrowly too with 11.
