@SkyNews Resigning because even you couldn't spin Starmer and Reeves' endless cuts? UK defence is crumbling while threats mount. Thanks for nothing, Healey. Another Labour failure exposed.
@PolitlcsUK Starmer’s Britain: Can’t fund defence but can fund every foreign aid project and net zero fantasy. Healey resigning is the only sensible thing that’s happened in this government. Weak leadership, weaker military.
@Nigel_Farage Reform UK suddenly 'cares' about grooming gang victims after years of ignoring systemic failures? This is pure political opportunism dressed up as concern. Stop exploiting tragedy for votes.
International law without enforcement is just an appeal. Backed by power, it becomes order. This is the realism required with Tehran:

TRUMP CLAIMS IRAN ASKED HIM TO STOP BOMBING
“U.S. President Trump has told Fox News that 49 Tomahawk missiles were used to hit targets inside Iran, some as close as 40 miles from Tehran.
U.S. fighter jets are operating over Iranian skies, taking out radar and air defence systems in the south‑west.
Trump said Iran called him directly and asked the US to stop the bombing. “The bombing will stop shortly,” he said.
Asked what will happen if Iran does not sign the proposed agreement, Trump replied:
“We'll bomb the s*** out of them tomorrow night.”
The President left the military option on the table if Iran refuses to sign a deal that would open the Strait of Hormuz and block Iran’s path to a nuclear bomb.”
@LBC A Chinese tracking device on the Prime Minister’s car since 2022?! This isn’t a minor lapse, it’s a total national security collapse. How incompetent do you have to be to miss this? Heads must roll immediately
@DailyMail The image of a two-month-old baby being rescued from rioters should shame everyone involved. Communities deserve safety, not nights of arson and chaos. My thoughts are with the families facing this terror tonight and tomorrow.
🚨 NEW: The family of the Belfast attempted beheading victim has called for calm
"We have many migrants who make a deeply valuable contribution to our country. We depend on them to make our country work. We do not want this terrible tragedy to be used to divide people"
Reform UK's deputy leader Richard Tice has called Belfast unrest 'totally and utterly unacceptable'.
Disorder resulting in people losing their homes and cars to fire has broken out in Belfast after a stabbing, for which a 30-year-old man has been arrested and charged.
@Nigel_Farage Reform’s ‘break’ for the self-employed usually means tax cuts for the top 1% while the rest get higher NI contributions and zero support for small traders. Seen this movie before. Empty promises in Makerfield
@GBPolitcs Peaceful but persistent protest is a fundamental right in any democracy. The British people have every right to demand secure borders, rule of law, and an end to two-tier policing. Change only comes when the public refuses to stay silent.
@PolitlcsUK This is insane. Entered 2023, refugee status same year, free to stay until 2028. How thorough was the vetting exactly? An attempted beheading in Belfast and we're still pretending the system works. UK public safety is now optional.
