The Contitutional Court finds that former President Jacob Zuma cannot be an MP.
The constitution is a confused mess being interpreted by more confused people.
The problem is the fact that the ConCourt should have never sentenced him to begin with because he had no chance of appeal as is required by the constitution.
His human rights has been violated. This shows a glaring fault within the contitution as currently formulated. It contradicts itself.
We will now see the consequences of the ruling.
OHM (Organic Humanity Movement) aims to change the constitution to one that allows only individuals to run for public office and removes the power of parties and cease to recognize them or fund them from taxpayers money.
We need to change our governance system and fast.
