Where is Maria Diaz? What she allegedly did was historic. Come out and celebrate. Currently, @NassauExec has only one candidate in the Bronx running for the Assembly as a surrogate for his campaign left, out of a total of eleven. The GOP's apparent capitulation in the state is concerning. With this level of dysfunction it is unlikely the GOP will ever win if this continues.

🇺🇸 Happy Father's Day! 🇺🇸
Today we celebrate the fathers, grandfathers, and father figures whose love, sacrifice, and leadership help build strong families and stronger communities.

🇺🇸 Thank you to every Bronx candidate who attended our meeting despite pressure from Bronx establishment figures urging them not to show up.
Real leaders don't take orders from political gatekeepers. They engage voters, answer questions, and earn support directly from the people.
The DARC will always provide a platform where candidates can speak freely and voters can make informed decisions.
The future of our party belongs to leaders with independent minds not those afraid of the establishment.

There shouldn't even be a primary in AD-86. But after the Bronx GOP put up a candidate against our own @sheryforNY, we had to fight back. Their candidate nobody has seen, heard from, or campaigned for. The voters now have a clear choice in Shery Olivo.
We beat them in court. Now it's time to beat them at the ballot box.
Early voting begins this Saturday. Let's send a message that real candidates earn support by showing up and fighting for the community.

We were just informed that Bruce Blakeman will be marching in the Dominican parades of the Bronx and Manhattan. It is a much needed outreach to our community of over 1.5 million strong in NYS. Anyone seeking office in New York needs a substantial vote from our community. We are glad to see they are starting to get it. 🇩🇴

The congressional race in New York’s 13th District between @RepEspaillat and @DarializaforNY reflects the deeper political problems facing the Dominican community today. Instead of offering real solutions focused on public safety, affordability, education, and economic opportunity, voters are being forced to choose between two candidates representing different versions of the same far-left ideology.
Regardless of who wins, the Dominican community loses.
Many hardworking #Dominican families do not support policies such as open borders, radical gender ideology, or the continued soft on crime approach that has made many neighborhoods less safe. Yet these are the very policies that continue to dominate Democratic politics in our community.
This race is also a rejection of Adriano Espaillat’s failure to listen to everyday voters. The fact that he now faces a challenge from his left shows how disconnected Democratic leadership has become from the concerns of working class Dominicans.
Until we begin changing the political ideology that dominates our community, we will continue to be represented by leaders who do not fully reflect our values, priorities, and beliefs.
The Dominican community deserves leadership focused on strong families, safe streets, quality education, economic growth, and common sense.

State budget “deal” announcement by Hochul disputed as Democrats say key issues remain unresolved.
Gov. Kathy Hochul announced what she described as a general agreement on New York’s $268 billion state budget, but top Democratic lawmakers quickly pushed back, saying negotiations are still ongoing and no final deal has been reached. Assembly Speaker Carl Heastie publicly stated “there’s no deal,” while Senate leaders pointed to several major issues still under discussion, including spending levels, pension changes, school funding formulas, and climate policy adjustments.
At the center of the dispute are competing priorities over affordability and long-term fiscal policy. Hochul’s budget proposal includes changes to car insurance rules, housing development initiatives, immigration protections, and a delay in parts of the state’s climate mandates, which she argues could otherwise drive up energy costs for households. Supporters say these adjustments are aimed at preventing sharp increases in utility and fuel expenses.
It’s about political division and fiscal direction. The disagreement highlights growing splits within New York’s Democratic leadership over how aggressively the state should pursue climate mandates, tax policy, and spending priorities while managing rising costs for residents.
New Yorkers are ultimately impacted by the outcome of these negotiations. If budget disagreements continue or policies shift late in the process, it could create uncertainty around funding for schools, energy costs, housing development, and essential public services across the state.
