@dangrech Accreditation and ongoing monitoring of this by HMRC is key here. Affliliation to a professional body or via a strict authorisation criteria. Advisors disclaim all liability where they prepare R&D claims and reports, this should be reviewed.

@RossLydall Not concerned with the cause, it’s the solution for #hammersmithbridge that’s the issue and the politics being played over funding and responsibility. Residents, businesses, commuters and schoolchildren need a solution - many of which have been proposed. Innovation is key here.
