Rigjt now I was not given the rewardas after completing the World Tournament mode, I was not assigned the Asia rewards properly either, but I did not even bother to reach out. And when I spent money on smth that I was not given and refund is not to be expected is overreac?

Even if we get the cosmetic back, I am no longer interested as I was planning to combine it with another in game content that al expired.

@onysera1 @EASFCDirect Yes, and what does it says? That wr gonna get messaged in game in the comming days. It’s almost a week, we spent money on it, and agent on support chat yesterday claimed that after asking in-game team, there won't be any compensation/refound. Check for yourself.

So there won't be any compensation/refound? Why one of the agents told me via support that it was as intended? Any update to all? Or you try everybody to forget about it?
