Je vous présente Marie-Garance Noël.

Marie-Garance, nous la connaissons. Nous l’avons filmée il y a quelques années dans Eternam 1 – La vie du monde à venir. Fille de Clotilde Noël, fondatrice de l’association Tombée du Nid, elle était alors accompagnée par Violène Roger, assistante de vie pour la Fondation Jérôme Lejeune.

Alors, hier, découvrir Marie-Garance dans les bras de Léon XIV nous a profondément bouleversés.

Regardez cette image. Regardez surtout ce regard.

Le pape ne détourne pas les yeux. Il regarde Marie-Garance. Il la regarde vraiment. Comme on regarde quelqu’un qui compte. Comme on contemple un mystère. Comme on reconnaît un trésor.

Et soudain, quelque chose de notre monde est renversé.

Nos sociétés célèbrent la performance, la puissance, la beauté, la réussite, le luxe, la maîtrise, le pouvoir. Elles ont peur de la fragilité, de ce qui ne leur ressemble pas, de ce qui dérange leur rêve de perfection.

Et voici Marie-Garance.

Elle ne correspond à aucune des promesses de puissance que l’on nous vend. Et pourtant, dans les bras de cet homme vêtu de blanc, elle devient le centre du monde.

Voilà le trésor de l’Église : les petits, les pauvres, les malades, les blessés, les fragiles, les rejetés, ceux que l’on ne regarde plus ou que certains préféreraient ne plus voir.

Peut-être nous a-t-on raconté un mensonge : que la valeur d’une vie se mesurerait à sa force, son autonomie, sa beauté ou son utilité.

Mais notre cœur sait autre chose.

Il sait qu’une vie n’a pas besoin d’être parfaite pour être infiniment précieuse. Qu’elle n’a pas besoin d’être forte pour être immense. Qu’elle n’a même pas besoin de parler pour nous enseigner.

Hier, Léon XIV regardait Marie-Garance dans les yeux.

Mais devant cette photographie, j’ai presque le sentiment que c’est Marie-Garance qui nous regarde tous et nous demande silencieusement :

« Savez-vous encore reconnaître ce qui est précieux ? »

The Netherlands – long admired as a civilised, tolerant nation – has now euthanised a disabled two-year-old child who could not speak, could not consent, and was not dying.

Doctors and parents decided the toddler’s life involved “unbearable suffering.” This is the first known use of the 2024 rules allowing euthanasia of children aged 1–12.

Once a society decides some lives are less worthy, the slope is steep and fast.

A toddler was euthanized in the Netherlands for the first time.

For being disabled.

This child was born prematurely, developed cerebral palsy, was diagnosed with epilepsy, was visually impaired, had a developmental delay, and would be dependent the rest of his life.

He was severely disabled, but he was not dying.

This child's disabilities were not the problem.

Shane Dawson has a history of pedophilic behavior.

Yet, he and his partner were allowed to buy children via IVF and surrogacy.

In 2014, Shane referred to a 6-year-old girl as “sexy.”

In 2018, Shane admitted to searching for child pornography.

In 2020, a clip of Shane resurfaced showing him pretending to masturbate to a poster of 11-year-old Willow Smith.

Video footage shows Shane coercing a 12-year-old girl into doing a lap dance on someone else while playing a sexually explicit song in the background and telling her to eat a “cocktail weenie” because he has “a lot of child molesters watching.”

In another video, Shane placed a pair of large fake breasts on a 12-year-old girl and made inappropriate requests and comments, including: telling a dog to lick the fake breasts, asking the girl inappropriate questions about her genitals, forcing her to dance on top of a table, and more…

Despite all these facts (caught on video), Shane and his partner, Ryland Adams, were able to use IVF and surrogacy to obtain children.

In February 2023, Shane and Ryland announced they had purchased a woman’s eggs and hired a surrogate to create 12 children, 6 girls & 6 boys.

On December 7th, 2023, they announced the birth of twin boys, Jet & Max.

These twin boys are precious.
Their existence is good.

But they (and their 10 other siblings) are victims of a grave human rights abuse.

Children are not commodities to be recklessly created, intentionally deprived of their mother, and purchased by anyone who has the money to do so—especially someone who has exhibited pedophilic behavior.

We must protect children.
We must ban IVF and surrogacy.

Meet Thaddeus Daniel Pierce, the “World’s Oldest Baby.”

Baby Thaddeus was conceived via IVF in 1994 along with three siblings. His biological parents implanted his sister and froze the rest of their children.

After divorcing, Thaddeus’ biological mother gained custody of the remaining embryos. She intended to implant them, but menopause led her to choose embryo adoption.

In 2024, Lindsey and Tim Pierce adopted Thaddeus and his two remaining siblings after 7 years of infertility. One embryo died after being defrosted, and two were implanted in Lindsey’s uterus.

Only Thaddeus survived.

Thaddeus was born on July 26th, 2025. But he’s biologically 31 years old.

Media outlets are confused: They say Thaddeus was created or born “from an embryo that was frozen.” But Thaddeus’ life didn’t begin in 2024 or 2025. He was alive in 1994 and was alive during the 30 years being frozen.

Thaddeus was the embryo. He’s the same human being, just older now.

Thaddeus is a miracle. But also a victim of an unethical practice.

No child should be subjected to IVF, as it puts children at serious risk.

Thaddeus was treated as an “extra” baby, frozen for 30 years, and two of his siblings were killed.

Children deserve better.
Ban IVF now.
