🚨BREAKING NEWS: CFIA’s Legal Position Collapses, Exemptions to Culling Confirmed🚨

Dr. Angela Rasmussen, frequently presented by CBC as an “expert,” has now publicly acknowledged that CFIA has exemption pathways to avoid mass culling even when H5N1 is detected.

That admission changes everything.

It confirms:

1) The public was misled.
Canadians were repeatedly told by media and CFIA spokespeople that “international agreements require culling” and that there were no alternatives. That narrative was false.

2) CFIA misrepresented its justification in Court.
During Federal Court hearings, CFIA argued that it had no legal discretion and was forced to cull.

In its Federal Court submissions, the CFIA argued that when a primary control zone is declared and a property is designated as “infected,” the Agency is obligated under the Health of Animals Act and the Reportable Diseases Regulations to carry out “stamping-out,” which includes destruction of animals.

Rasmussen’s admission directly contradicts CFIA’s position.

3) The blame is now being shifted to the farm.
After months of experts demanding culling and portraying it as unavoidable, the new narrative appears to be: “Well, there were exemptions, but the farm owners didn’t comply.”

The exemption existed, and the public wasn’t told.

This wasn’t about science.

It was about government control of the narrative and farms.

Hundreds of healthy birds were slaughtered without honest justification. And now the very people who insisted “there was no choice” are trying to rewrite history.

Accountability matters.

Let’s not let anyone memory-hole what happened.
