@rikardo577 @Turkishhelp167 No, someone called to say they would call my wife the following day to offer a refund but we haven't heard anything since, which isn't really surprising given the experience so far. I think they just called so I would stop complaining publicly on twitter

They've asked me to send a private message as of they'll help but have just told me to call customer services who told me they can't do anything, and now they're not replying on twitter. A complete waste of time
