Building God's Kingdom from Within

St. Monica's is a Roman Catholic parish in Duluth, GA. We are raising money to beautify our Church for the glory of God!

[Sachin Jose @Sachinettiyil]

This is my parish and we all watched that young man pull himself out of that wheelchair and onto his knees to the receive the body of Christ for the first time. There wasn't a dry eye in the church ( Comment by a parishioner of Holy Spirit Catholic church, Florida)

The Lord is my shepherd! Fr. Jack's homily from today.

During Fr. Jack's homily at Mass today, he asks us to pray 3 rosaries:

1. Daily rosary
2. One for President Biden to repent of his stance on abortion
3. One for Pope Francis, for wisdom

Please continue to fast and give alms for these intentions.

The progress our builders have made is AMAZING😍We are still praying daily to St. Joseph to intercede for us to God to complete the good work He has begun in our parish.

We know the Eucharist, the Blessed Sacrament, is the body, blood, soul, and divinity of Jesus Christ.

We want to build a beautiful home for Him. Pray for us and follow along on our journey!

"Christ held Himself in His hands when He gave His Body to His disciples saying: 'This is My Body.' No one partakes of this Flesh before he has adored it." - St. Augustine

[Bishop J. Strickland @BishStrickland]

Jesus Christ is “Light from Light, true God from true God” these words from the Creed remind us that Jesus is our hope. There is much despair in our world today but Jesus Christ is with us, He will never leave us. Too many have left Him but even those He will always welcome back!

"Holiness is not for wimps and the cross is not negotiable, sweetheart, it's a requirement." - Mother Angelica

[Raymond Arroyo @RaymondArroyo]

Happy Birthday to Mother Angelica on what would have been her 98th birthday. Her light shines still. “Everything starts with one person... I don’t care if you’re 5 or 105, God from all eternity chose you to be where you are, at this time in history, to change the world.” -MA 🎂
