My Hostinger Hermes Agent / Gateway is blocked from certain web services (Google for instance), but it runs 7x24x365. My local Hermes Agent / Gateway does not have the same problem so I use it for searching YouTube etc. Would be nice to specify which gateway to use for specific types of tasks.
@JulianGoldieSEO I've been able to get Hermes and Claude talking to each other in a Telegram group but it's not easy. We need a better / easier way to do it. Please!

Peter Thiel and David Sacks were going to write a book about PayPal.
Elon Musk’s chapter was titled “The Man Who Knew Nothing About Risk.”
The PayPal Mafia. The sharpest venture minds of a generation. People who had built with Musk. Watched him operate up close.
They thought he was out of his mind.
Thiel: “When Elon was building both Tesla and SpaceX in the 2000s, people thought he was just really, really crazy.”
This was not the press misunderstanding a founder.
This was his own people.
And they were not wrong by accident. They were wrong by design.
Because the framework everyone uses to calculate risk is built on one assumption.
That the laws governing what is possible are fixed.
Musk did not share that assumption.
Thiel figured that out later.
Thiel: “If one of the two companies had succeeded, you would say, well, maybe he still got really lucky. But when two out of two companies that people thought were completely harebrained both succeed, you have to reassess.”
One success is luck. Two is a different kind of intelligence entirely.
Musk was simultaneously trying to privatize space and electrify transportation.
Two industries with the most entrenched players on Earth. Two that had eaten billions in failed attempts. Two that governments spent decades trying to move and couldn’t.
He did both. At the same time. Nearly went bankrupt doing it.
And came out the other side owning both.
That is not luck. That is not even genius.
That is a different relationship with reality itself.
The conventional risk model measures one thing. The probability of losing what you already have.
Capital at risk. Downside scenarios. Protect the position.
Musk was running a different equation entirely.
He was calculating the cost of not trying.
The risk of building a reusable rocket and failing is a rounding error. The risk of humanity remaining trapped on a single planet forever is not.
The conventional investor sees a 90% chance of losing everything and calls it irrational.
Musk saw a 100% chance of civilizational stagnation if no one moved and called that the real risk.
The math was never wrong. The lens was just incomprehensibly larger.
Thiel: “Somehow the rest of us are too risk-averse, or there’s something about risk he knows that we don’t.”
That is Peter Thiel. One of the most ruthless, clear-eyed thinkers in venture capital history admitting the model broke.
Not that Musk got lucky. That the rest of them were running a flawed framework and didn’t know it.
That should keep you up at night.
Because if the PayPal Mafia had the wrong model, the question is not whether Musk is exceptional.
The question is how many other things the conventional framework is catastrophically wrong about right now.
How many ideas getting buried today look obvious in ten years.
How many founders are being told they don’t understand risk when they are the only ones who do.
The chapter never got written.
The man it was supposed to warn us about built two of the most important companies in human history instead.
They are still writing the explanation.
He already moved on to the next impossible thing.
American Airlines has 77 regional planes sitting in storage because they can't find pilots to fly them. The expected U.S. pilot shortfall in 2026 is 24,000. Training a new commercial pilot takes 2-3 years minimum and costs six figures.
So American found a loophole. Partner with a bus company, brand the bus "American Eagle," sell the seat on https://t.co/mcPOsfKjK5 with a flight number, route passengers through TSA, let them pick a seat, check bags, earn AAdvantage miles. The entire experience is designed to feel like a flight in every way except the part where you leave the ground.
The economics are staggering. A regional jet on a 90-mile route needs two pilots ($100K+ each), a flight attendant, jet fuel, FAA maintenance requirements, and an aircraft that costs $20-30 million. The Landline bus needs one driver and a highway.
South Bend to Chicago O'Hare is 90 miles. That route doesn't make money with a regional jet anymore. It barely made money before the pilot shortage. The bus lets American keep selling connections through O'Hare to every destination in its network without operating a single flight.
This is what the pilot shortage actually looks like. Not cancelled routes. Not smaller airports going dark. The airline just quietly reclassified a bus as a flight and kept charging accordingly. The TikTok exposing it has 13 million views because the passenger cleared security, sat at a gate, and watched her luggage get loaded onto a coach before it merged onto the interstate.
The word "bus" appears once during booking in small text. Google Flights lists it with a tiny bus icon. The airline says customers are "transparently informed." 72% of U.S. airports have already lost an average of 25% of their flights to the shortage, and Landline is expanding, not shrinking. Philadelphia, Chicago, and now five regional airports are on the bus network.
American Airlines is solving a $28,000-per-pilot-shortfall crisis by removing the pilot from the equation entirely. The bus is the product now. The flight number is just packaging.
Introducing Agentic Vision — a new frontier AI capability in Gemini 3 Flash that converts image understanding from a static act into an agentic process.
By combining visual reasoning with code execution, one of the first tools supported by Agentic Vision, the model grounds answers in visual evidence and delivers a consistent 5-10% quality boost across most vision benchmarks. Here’s how the agentic ‘Think, Act, Observe’ loop works:
— Think: The model analyzes an image query then architects a multi-step plan
— Act: The model then generates and executes Python code to actively manipulate or analyze images
— Observe: The transformed image is appended to the model's context window, allowing it to inspect the new data before generating a final response to the initial image query

Dear @elonmusk,
I have no idea wtf is going on. MAGA embraced you before you even endorsed President Trump because we appreciated your fight for freedom of speech when you purchased Twitter.
We celebrated you joining the Trump train after deranged Democrats tried to kill him.
We defended you, when the left tried to cancel you.
We rallied around you when the terrorist Democrats firebombed your vehicles and dealerships.
We stepped up and bought subscriptions when advertisers abandoned your platform.
We did not expect blind loyalty. Often times President Trump will make moves that even we don't understand at first, but eventually it makes sense.
We empathize with you feeling let down and or betrayed over your EV mandate being canceled, your friend not getting a job, and your distrust of the reconciliation bill.
With all of that being said, going scorched Earth on President Trump and the millions of red blooded Americans who stood with you in your time of need is not the path to victory.
This is not how we save America, reach Mars, save the middle class, elevate those struggling at the bottom, preserve our culture and way of life, nor is it how we come together as a nation.
I humbly ask you to reconsider your current path, give the President and MAGA a chance to show you that he's going to save our country, and allow us to support your ambitions once again, away from politics.
Signed
