The 5 Day Work Week for bank employees was agreed in the Bipartite Settlement of March 2024. Its implementation cannot remain pending indefinitely.

At the same time, a unilateral and discriminatory PLI framework that divides the workforce must give way to a fair, transparent and inclusive system for all employees.

Every achievement of our banks is the outcome of collective effort.

Recognition too must reflect that collective contribution.

The demand for a 5 Day Work Week in banks is not new. It already stands agreed upon in the Bipartite Settlement of March 2024. What remains is its long-pending implementation.

At the same time, the unilateral and discriminatory PLI system must be abolished and replaced with a fair, transparent and inclusive framework for all employees, recognising the collective effort behind every institution’s performance.

Hardworking bank employees are not asking for privilege. They are asking for implementation of an agreement and equality in reward.

Students traveled hundreds of kilometre to reach the limited centres what about our transport,food, stay money

International co-operative year what a joke @KRIBHCO_PR take a examination for frt post 13 july. After 2hour we submitted our exam successfully and Due to some technical issue in some center they cancelled the exam. I traveled 800km kota to ahmedad just to got exam cancelled.

What about aspirants who travelled 800km to1000km its easy to cancel exam by sitting in ac rooms. Ask how much students have to suffer. Provide center in rajsthan and mp state.
