Rios is only one source that retracted, she probably got scared and threatened, but her interviews were consistent with the other reporting. NO SHIT, some of us have known this for awhile!! Did nobody watch the oral arguments by Attorney Chris Murray (lawyer representing Alaska Election Division) and Attorney Jeffrey Robinson (lawyer representing Dan J Sullivan) before the Alaska Supreme Court back in June??
The Alaska Division of Elections is the one that tried to keep Dan J. Sullivan, know as “Decoy Dan” in Alaska, off the ballot because he was accused of running a “bad faith” campaign by illegally and secretly colluding with Democrats and a liberal group to confuse voters and take down his namesake Senator Alaskan Senator Dan Sullivan according to reports obtained from a whistleblower and veteran Democratic strategist Amber Lee who worked on his campaign & was on the board of the 907 initiative, a progressive advocacy organization in Alaska focused on government transparency, public education, and politic campaigns targeting right leaning politicians and who spent 1.5 million dollars attacking incumbent Senator Dan S. Sullivan. Also majority of Dan J Sullivan donations have come from Democrat donors and a Super PAC that received donations from from Sixteen Thirty Fund, a left wing nonprofit, who supports and advocates for progressive causes and donations from from Liberty Force Action Fund, a nonprofit dark money organization that doesn’t have to publicly disclose donors. Also he voted Democrat in the last 3 Presidential elections, participated in a “No Kings” protest, and supported the other Senate Democrat candidate in her last 2 Congressional campaigns and has never been registered as a Republican before. Dan J Sullivan's lawyer, Jeffrey Robinson, argued at appeal that the decision to keep his client Dan J Sullivan off the ballot by the Alaska Election Division was unconstitutional according to Article 1 Section 3 and "intent" is not a qualification and is subjective and he never once argued the Election Division findings of fact that he was operating in bad faith, working with the Democrats to try and confuse voters. Alaskan Supreme Court Justice Aimee A. Oravec tried to call him out on the fact findings but he evaded her questioning and wouldn't answer her and deflected that his argument was that it was unconstitutional not factual.
