@LGUS LG robbed me. BECAUSE I MENTIONED that I thought that the 3-month-old machine with busted bearings should be replaced, the technicians wrote down that I was refusing service. The rude customer service person flagged my account so that I can no longer get service. A lie.

@LGUS As of today I have nothing good to say about LG. I've been robbed. A 3-month-old washer with bearings that went bad. They now refuse to honor the warranty only because I asked for a replacement machine. Asking for a replacement equals refusing service according to them.

@LGUS Yes, you do make good TVs but that's the line where life isn't good anymore. Washing machine not so much. Customer service. Need more than 2 hours of training.

@LGUS It doesn't help if you make a great product, but customer service are trolls. A month without a washer. Defective after 3 months. Service rep So rude. 2 techs both said it was defective. Instead of replacing, they wanted to take it apart in my laundry room and rebuild it.
