Nunca montes una empresa con un tío que no pone pasta. Cuando lleguen los problemas, se irá.

Hay que tener muy clara la diferencia desde el principio:

O eres currante o eres socio.
Son dos cosas totalmente separadas.

Un currante cobra un sueldo. Un socio invierte.

Si alguien quiere ser socio pero no pone pasta, es un currante que quiere acciones gratis.

El error es mezclarlo y regalar acciones a quien no arriesga nada.
Estás generando un precedente terrible.

Porque la realidad del mercado es esta:

Si tengo acciones pero no me juego mi dinero, cuando me vea agobiado, te dejaré tirado con el marrón porque no tengo nada que perder.

Por eso tengo una regla innegociable para cualquiera que quiera entrar en el capital:

Todo el mundo que se lleva acciones pone pasta.
Me da igual si es 5, 10 o 25.
Pero tienen que jugarse algo.

Si alguien no está dispuesto a arriesgar su dinero, tampoco estará cuando haya que aguantar el golpe.
