Great SCOTUS opinion issued on Feb. 28, 2023 regarding Fair Notice Defense in Bittner v United States. Will be binding on SEC regarding Ripple's Fair Notice Defense. In my opinion, this case is over. Whether before Judge Torres or SCOTUS. Ripple wins.
