$124 x 4.33 = $537.32 per month.
This is a low estimate since I had to pay in more as my income increased.
Historical return for the S&P 500 since inception is over 10%.
True ROI of S&P from 1985 to present is 11.60% per year.
Again a low estimate as I used 8%.
In my calculations money was added monthly instead of weekly which would have had a better dollar cost average.
