This is going to be a long read but please stay with me.

I just finished reading the now deleted DM between Maki and Ozy and a couple of things stood out. First off, it’s hilarious that Ozzy lied about not being friends with Maki.

But more importantly, it’s clear that a lot of these women’s extremism isn’t even rooted in genuine misogyny. It’s peer pressure. A desperate need to fit into certain social circles and align with women who can help them climb the ladder. It’s misandry by association.

Ozy herself comes from a loving home, she married a loving man. In her own words, she got bored and had always been bored even before the marriage because she married him for stability and gave herself a 5/6yr timeline. I waited to see accusations of cheating or violence but there was none. Instead, I watched my idolo subtly steer her towards lesb1an1sm and she foolishly took the bait.

I truly hope this serves as an eye opener for the Division One e-feminists. Some of them may have legitimate reasons to resent men but like I’ve always said, if we were to follow these ideologies blindly, I should be a ruthless misogynist/misandrist myself based on my experiences with women from my all girls school and my ex. I’ve tweeted about these experiences before.

Extremism on both ends needs to be condemned. It never ends well. Some of them are not angry. They’re empty. Empty people latch onto extreme ideologies because it gives them a script and a mask. Without that, there’s nothing underneath. No identity nor values.

When the truth exposes them like it’s doing now, they crumble, then run to hide like we’ve seen overtime. If you strip away the tag and aesthetics, what’s left? A crowd of people who cannot face themselves. A crowd who would rather burn relationships, marriages, reputations and their own sanity just to climb up the social ladder.

We discuss issues relating to how we want to grow and take over the world. We discuss, career, business opportunities, travel and politics. And it's not because we are saints or some of us may not be thinking or doing negative stuff privately - it's that negative shit cannot be the entire basis of our relationship.

You can see pages upon pages of "fuck David Hundeyin," "fuck my ex-husband," "fuck Tayo Oviosu's wife" in this conversation. But you know what you don't see?

"Here's how to write your tweets so they rank better."
"Let's register a corporate entity for this business idea that we came up with."

None of that. Not a single atom of positive bonding. An entire pretend-relationship between 2 people whom you can clearly see have always secretly hated each other.
