@AmazonUK Why did a driver feel the need to text me his opinion on leaving my parcel with my neighbour? I was in work and was worried but when I spoke with my neighbour he assured me he is happy to accept a parcel for me anytime. This feels inappropriate imo.

@GillGillespie1 @sseairtricity I did eventually but only after 3 full days of being on hold and not getting anyone. I've filled out a complaint letter and sent to them as all the food in my fridge freezer was ruined and I had to take my family to my parents house for 3 days as we had no lights or heating.

Why can I not get through to @sseairtricity ? I topped up my meter but the code was not emailed to me. The tariff changed so now I can't use any new power codes that I get. So now I've got a family of four including two young children who don't have power. Can someone answer!?
