@Michaelrose102@Biohazard3737@freenome@spac_insider Pretty standard timeline. They said they first need to complete the Delaware domestication, then can close. I’d assume will trade as $FRNM around Tuesday next week.
$RAAQ / IQM is one of the more interesting de-SPAC setups I’m watching.
Quantum story + potential tight float + near-term public-company catalysts = real price discovery coming soon.
Market still seems anchored to SPAC mechanics, not the company story.
What am I missing?
@SurfShopCapital That matches my read. Insider shares likely aren’t tradable for first 30 days or so until resale registration is completed. I’m hoping that to see high redemptions since $RAAQ is trading so close to NAV.
@snafinger@CaseyVSilver $FAC Biggest mover is likely to be Stellantis road test results. Should be occurring now. Ive seen some really interesting battery validation engineer roles on the Stellantis website of late.
Crazy volume in $FAC today. Only explanation is the sponsor and institutional investor pushing share to market post close. They should be effectively out of shares that aren’t locked at this point. Should squeeze now until super 8-k is filed by Thursday…then will boom or bust
@mirbacx@_LittleFire1 The implication is that they lack conviction that the price will be above $20 next month. The arbitrage trade would tell you to short the stock and long the warrants…but that’s not clean until the registration is effective.
@_LittleFire1@mirbacx Can’t exercise till 30 days after the merger close and are properly registered. The arbitrage isn’t clean, so they’ll trade independently. If price holds and registration occurs soon, warrants will track towards their intrinsic value.
$FAC for anyone wondering what’s happening, my guess is the sponsor and institutional investor are taking profit and providing liquidity with the 3.5m public shares purchased as part of the PIPE obligation (restriction expired at merger close). Would expect inches thru that soon
