@AWSSupport I have been locked out of my Kiro account for 2 days now after you said you needed to do identity checks. I have filled in the support for twice but had no response.

Trying to log into my account for onboard WiFi but the verification email never arrives. Tried with just password and also setting up a new account but nothing works.
Is the service down and will there be another way to connect to the WiFi onboard?
@EDI_Airport We flew Qatar airways, who confirmed that it had made the connection. A report was made with swissport who assured us someone would be in touch with an update.
@EDI_Airport My wife arrived in Edinburgh yesterday. Our babies car seat was missing. There was noone at the baggage desk. Spoke to someone once through customs who said they would call. She has now left 3 messages with no return. How can we get this as we need it for our baby.
@hotelscomhelp Despite making a booking which meets the criteria set out in the T&C's they refuse to honour the promotion because of a secret list noone can see. They have effectively stolen ยฃ300 as it has taken 11 days to speak to someone and the cheaper price is no longer available
If booking with @hotelscomhelp and using their price guarantee be warned. They have a secret approved vendor list that is not referenced in their T&Cs. They have done us out of ยฃ300 and all they can do is offer a $100 credit despite acknowledging their mistake. Very poor service.
@hotelscomhelp Don't be fooled thinking these polite messages have meant the issue is resolved. I am still being told that all price match requests are subject to a list of approved competitors. A list which is not mentioned once in the T&C's and which is unavailable for someone booking.
The staff on the flight and the desks have been very good. They admit themselves that @British_Airways are a mess and they are the ones having to take the brunt of it. Very poor overall.
@British_Airways are a shambles. Late flight, missed connection, no space on other flights so delayed until tomorrow. Had stand in a queue for 2.5 hours with a 7 month old baby then in the cold for almost an hour for a shuttle. Hotel they have put us up in is very poor. 1/2
