🚌 Services between Glasgow Central and East Kilbride / Kilmarnock will be replaced by buses. Newton services will be diverted via Mount Florida.
📲 Please plan ahead and check your journey before you travel using our app or website, as some services will be revised or replaced by buses. More info here: https://t.co/XSOG51XIRw
⚖️ Late posting here after being hacked/locked out, but an important update:
Permission has been granted for Higgins v Standards Commission for Scotland to proceed to full judicial review.
This matters for fairness, free speech, and councillors’ right to ask hard questions.
🚆✅ We're delighted to announce that we're able to resume our normal timetable from Glasgow Central High Level on Wednesday (25 March), after work was completed to reinstate the remaining platforms at the station.
ℹ️ Public safety is still the main priority so not all entrances and exits to the high level are open. An exclusion zone around the area worst affected by the fire is still in place so the entrances to the station on Gordon Street and Union Street will remain closed until further notice.
📱 We're advising customers to continue to check their journey before travelling as there may be some minor alterations to services due to some trains being out of position following the station closure.
See more info here: https://t.co/EXR1JWg54q
ℹ️ The Scottish Fire and Rescue service is still dealing with a fire in a building in Union Street next to Glasgow Central. Unfortunately this means the station will remain closed tomorrow morning, meaning no services in or out of Central. We’re sorry for the inconvenience we know this will cause our customers and we will provide updates as soon as possible.

Here are the conditions we’ve been dealing with at Saltcoats in Ayrshire today, with waves coming right over the sea wall, affecting our overhead lines in the area.
⚠️🌧️ As strong winds and heavy rain sweep across the country; we’re working hard to keep services running smoothly.
We recommend checking your journey in the app before heading out to ensure you have the latest service information.
Due to #StormBram, we're having some amendments to services between Glasgow Central and the coast. 👇

@ScotRail Our engineers continue to narrow down the cause of the fault disrupting Ayrshire services between Paisley and Kilwinning.
The team are working now between Howwood and Glengarnock stations, checking equipment as they go. We’re sorry for the continued disruption tonight.
