🚨This video is terrifying.
And it’s another example of how ICE is making everyone less safe.
At Las Vegas International Airport, two people, in plain clothes, are seen trying to handcuff a man.
The man is screaming for help.
When the person filming asks a TSA agent what is happening, the agent replies, “It’s law enforcement.”
But when the person filming walks over and starts recording the people claiming to be law enforcement, one of them tries to swat the phone away.
Then, as more people begin watching, they get up and leave.
The man is left with a handcuff still attached to one of his wrists. He is visibly shaken and says they stole his belongings.
Think about how dangerous this is.
The government is normalizing armed agents, in plain clothes, grabbing people in public, without immediately identifying themselves in a way bystanders can verify. That creates confusion, panic, and makes it impossible for ordinary people to know whether they’re witnessing a lawful arrest, or a kidnapping.
In this case, people intervened… They started asking questions, and filming.
If no one had stepped in, who knows what would have happened to that man.
A government that expects people to simply accept unidentified agents, taking someone away without question, is making every person in this country less safe.
This is NOT America, this is Trump’s Gestapo murdering American citizens like Alex Pretti & Renee Good, to murdering immigrants authorized to be here like Joan Sebastian Guerrero. 🤬 ICE shot & pulled him out of car, handcuffed him while bleeding out as wife & 3 yr old watched.
This is not normal behavior by anyone especially a group of law enforcement officers. ICE is escalating their attacks on people just like they did when they smashed this man’s face into a concrete wall while he was handcuffed & then they assaulted a U.S citizen numerous times.
Technically, the governor can appoint Lindsay Graham's relative as an interim replacement until an election is formally held to fill the seat, but isn't it so "Trumpian" for Trump to ask for an inexperienced person to fill that seat? Such cronyism and Trump-like stupidity.
🚨BREAKING: ICE agents were caught, on video, entering a U.S. citizen’s home without a warrant, tackling the father to the ground, while pinning down his 15-year-old grandson.
As the family repeatedly told agents they were U.S. citizens, and demanded to see a warrant, the agents ignored them.
The daughter began recording and repeatedly asked to see a warrant, but they refused. She also told agents her father is diabetic, and that the teenager they were restraining was only 15 years old.
The agents continued to arrest both U.S. citizens from their home, without a warrant, eventually releasing the child but taking the father.
The Fourth Amendment prohibits government agents from entering a home without a judicial warrant.
If federal agents can force their way into a U.S. citizen’s home, ignore repeated demands to produce a warrant, and use force without lawful authority, they aren’t just violating one family’s rights… they’re undermining one of the core constitutional principles America was founded on.
A free country depends on the government being bound by the Constitution. If those limits can be ignored without consequences, we are no longer a free country.
@ThatEricAlper I enjoy making them explain in great detail what they think was inappropriate while feigning ignorance. That's how I found out it's absolutely ok to have an only fans, but not ok to joke that someone else does. A pretty fine distinction I think.
Two decades ago @BernieSanders knew what was coming. He had already identified the strategy the Republicans were going to use, and he was spot on.
His politics have never changed. He’s as consistent in his beliefs and understanding today as he ever was.

🚨BREAKING: An ICE agent was just caught on video violently shoving a TEENAGER to the ground, in a Chicago suburb.
But it gets worse…
In Joliet, IL, ICE agents jumped out of their cars, racially profiled a man, began handcuffing him, and forced him into an unmarked vehicle that had its license plate covered.
And they did all of this before even confirming who he was.
As U.S. citizens began recording the incident, ICE agents started forcing them farther back, even though they were not interfering with the arrest.
One of the agents looked at a teenager, who was just standing there and filming, and said, “Step back a little bit.”
The teenager wasn’t interfering. In fact, a woman was standing even closer.
And then, without warning, the ICE agent violently shoved the teenager to the ground.
Moments later, another ICE agent pulled out a taser and threatened the legal observers, despite them remaining away from the vehicle, and not interfering.
And after all of that, about 20 minutes later…
ICE released the man they had kidnapped because they realized he was not undocumented.
Think about how insane that is…
A man was detained, handcuffed, and taken away before ICE even confirmed they had the right person.
That’s exactly why the Fourth Amendment exists… to protect people from unreasonable seizures by the government.
And then there is the issue of an ICE agent shoving a teenager to the ground…
Using significant physical force against someone, especially a teenager, who is not posing an immediate threat, not resisting, and not interfering… is excessive force.
Federal agents do not get a free pass to assault teenagers because they are standing nearby.
The First Amendment protects the right to record law enforcement in public, and government officials cannot use intimidation, or force, to silence people who are lawfully documenting their actions.
This wasn’t just about one man being kidnapped…. It was about everyone standing there.
A teenager was thrown to the ground.
Legal observers were threatened.
U.S. citizens exercising their constitutional rights were intimidated.
And an innocent man lost 20 minutes of his freedom because ICE believes they are allowed to kidnap anyone they want.
So, why are these ICE agents not being held accountable?
🚨BREAKING: In Portland, an ICE agent, driving a blue car with no license plate, is seen pulling up to a U.S. citizen, yelling, “get out of here, bitch,” pepper spraying them, and driving away.
Pepper spray is a use of force.
Under the Fourth Amendment, law enforcement may only use force that is objectively reasonable under the circumstances. If someone is standing and filming… not threatening anyone, and not interfering… pepper spraying them is not justified under that standard.
So, let’s call this what this is…
An armed federal agent drove up to a U.S. citizen, called them a “bitch,” sprayed them with a chemical weapon, and drove away.
If an ordinary person did that, they’d be arrested for assault.
The moment officers believe they can attack people for exercising their constitutional rights, without consequences, is the moment they stop enforcing the law.
