BREAKING: A South Sudanese national identified only as GNHW bashed a triple amputee Australian with the victim’s own crutch, 77 times to the head.

He pinned the man’s only remaining limb so he couldn’t defend himself.

The brutal attack lasted 4 minutes 51 seconds in Dandenong, Victoria.

The judge called it a shocking assault on a defenceless, vulnerable victim.

Then turned around and only sentenced him to 24 months jail.

His “Humanitarian” visa was cancelled.

Then Tony Burkes NZYQ directive put this South Sudanese man back on the street on a bridging visa.

Since his release, police have interviewed over an alleged sexual assault and an alleged theft.

He was ordered to abstain from alcohol but started drinking again within a day.

He has a history of grabbing a female officers by the neck and trying to headbutt staff.

Now the Federal Court has ordered the tribunal to reconsider giving him a “protection visa”

The argument?

“Visa stress”

Lawyers say a restrictive bridging visa makes him “more of a risk” to Australians.

A permanent protection visa would reduce stigma, open uni loans, and potentially NDIS support, and that, they say, would help rehabilitation.

Sound familiar? Well it should, this is the second case like this in a fortnight.

A Sierra Leone man convicted of indecently assaulting a 16 year old boy used the same “visa stress” line.

Can’t send him back to South Sudan.

Why? That’s where he is from.

So, the system is being asked to upgrade the visa of a violent South Sudanese offender because cancelling it might stress him.

Tony Burke’s office had this to say: “the visa was cancelled by the department, so that’s why it’s in court” knowing full well he has the ultimate power to overrule it.

Opposition Home Affairs Minister, Jonno Duniam: “stop treating these as one offs”

Ask whether the Migration Act, NZYQ and the tribunal now have a systemic hole.

If risk of reoffending is why you cancel the visa, then the stress of that cancellation becomes the reason to give it back.

That is insane.

Only a Home Affairs Office being run by Tony Bourke can be this incompetent.

Peter Dutton would have sent him packing on the first flight out.

The Greens have shown their true colours with calls to nationalise essential services, a pipe dream that our economy simply cannot afford.

Government-run industries and state-owned supermarkets sound like a fantasy, yet we all know that when politicians try to control everything, everyday Australians pay the price through total government overreach, inefficiency, and incompetence.

Imagine if you will a Greens-run government supermarket: no plastic packaging (bring your own bags and scoop out your purchase), Aboriginal Australians would shop first, then migrants with brown skin — Senator Faruqi's description, not mine — then gay and bi folk, then men dressed as women, followed by actual women, and then straight white men last, if anything is left.

The shelves will carry only brown onions (white onions are cancelled), staff are color-coded by hair dye, green in produce, blue in cleaning aisle, and meat rations are down to one lamb chop or one cockroach per week, WEF-style.

And the store is only open for 20 minutes on Friday morning because employees are absent on paid leave for everything from stress to gender reassignments to union meetings, or annual leave from having leave. Not to mention – working from home.

If this sounds ridiculous, that’s because extreme government control always is!

We’ve already seen the disastrous results of trying to nationalise the energy market under the guise of saving the planet: skyrocketing bills and sheer incompetence. The private sector belongs in business; government belongs in governance.

One Nation supports strategic public infrastructure, like rail and a government owned bank, to ensure a fair go for everyday Australians.

This is the same institution that trained journalists to censor Trump supporters, partnered with Burisma while hosting multiple former CIA directors on its board & pushed foreign governments to introduce speech laws.

It is now elevating a leader whose policies extend that model into the Indo-Pacific.

It builds consensus, legitimises aligned governments & supplies the civil-society infrastructure that turns “misinformation” & “disinformation” into a pretext for industrial-scale speech control.

It receives heavy funding from the Pentagon, the State Department & NED. It played formal roles in the DHS-deputised Election Integrity Partnership that throttled speech around the 2020 US election, trained journalists to mass-flag content & ran pressure campaigns for European & other foreign speech laws.

Kevin Rudd holds an honorary position there as a Distinguished International Fellow. (?)

Australia under Albanese has been an active participant in the same apparatus. Under Labor, Australia is deeply integrated with US-linked censorship efforts.

Key Australian censorship roles have been filled by American figures with intelligence & technological links , most notably the eSafety Commissioner.

There have been documented US-linked proposals for Australian-style searchable “disinformation” databases that could be used in US elections. Escalations from Australia (alongside the UK, EU, Canada & Brazil) continue to pressure US social media platforms & speakers through foreign law & regulatory threats.

Australian eSafety & online-safety regimes have produced high-profile enforcement actions against platforms & content. This is part of the exported model the Atlantic Council helped pioneer & promote after 2014–2017.

This award is not neutral civic recognition. It is the Council’s public signal that Albanese’s government is a reliable partner in the preferred order: security pacts that advance military-intelligence priorities, plus full participation in the speech-control architecture that protects those priorities from populist or dissenting narratives.

In short, Albanese is being rewarded for advancing the shutdown of free speech & for treating right-wing politicians & dissenting voices as risks to democracy in Australia & around the world.
