KFC Cumberland is the absolute worst. Please tell me why I have been waiting over an hour for food ordered and the entire staff is hiding in the back and refuseing to come to the front including the Manager???? @kfcjamaica

For the past hour plus I have watched them serve only the drive-thru while over 30+ persons in the actual restaurant are still waiting.... Demanded a refund and was ignored.... Security just said 30 more mins wait time.... extremely crazy work @kfcjamaica
