Another great example of how smaller projects are a key part of our business, some re-furbishment & re-modelling works to an educational facility in York, scope consisted of PPC flashing replacement to an existing walkway, rainscreen cladding system install & PPC door surrounds.

Phase 1 of 2 completed on a 10,000 sq.ft, full removal & re-roof/clad project in Derbyshire. The client required a quick start on this project, on this occasion, we were able to commence re-roofing works just 10 working days from receipt of order.

Just completed, this small works project required a complete strip & removal of an existing single-ply system & associated coverings due to serious water ingress issues caused by poor installation, all completed with no impact to the clients operation

Some great aerial shots of a recently completed, multi unit project across two sites, totalling over 70,000 sq.ft of roof area alone. Cladding system provided by both @eurocladuk & @firthsteels with bespoke, aluminium PPC fascias on each unit, all made in house here at our HQ.

With phase 1 completed during December, we will hit the ground running going into 2020 to commence Phase 2, a combined 42,000 sq.ft of @KingspanIP_UK will be supplied & installed on this project for a company specialising in the manufacture of building components in Yorkshire

10,000 sq.ft of @firthsteels Protex roofing & cladding systems installed to an Equine Cremation facility in the North West of England

This project was recently completed for a leading UK house builder, @KingspanIP_UK KS1000RW roof panels installed completed with a metallic silver rainscreen cladding system to various areas of the elevations & a PPC bullnose fascia to complement the overall look.

Finally, some further small/special projects ranging from a bespoke feature PPC aluminium rain rainscreen cladding system on a residential property, cladding infill works to match the existing system/design & various openings formed & weathered in existing cladding systems.

Another gutter project but this time a major repair in the form of a full re-line of the existing gutter run that was beyond repair. All tied into the existing drainage system this solution instantly eradicates any issues with the existing gutter system.

Arguably the most overlooked & critical aspect of roof maintenance, neglected gutters like these can lead to a serious buildup of vegetation & general waste & will eventually result in an overflow that causes irreparable damage to both building & the assets contained within.

@RENOLITGroup single ply membrane roof, PPC aluminium capping & fully electric opening roof lights with solar control installed in Halifax complete with a bespoke drainage solution linked to the existing system

Here we formed & weathered 6 no. openings to accommodate our clients new windows & door complete with PPC aluminium powder coated finishing trims in the clients corporate colours.

Another project completed today in the Midlands, completed on time once again by BD Roofing's expert operatives, in this instance, a 2 unit site totalling 30,000 sq.ft with a @firthsteels Protex system to both roof & walls along with more bespoke PPC items from BD Fabrications

Completed for the Christmas break, whilst this is one of our smaller contracts, the project was designed, manufactured & installed in less than 12 working days, featuring bespoke BD Fabrications PPC aluminium entrance cladding & column casings to a new building in Manchester
