Snail mail can take forever to weave through a hospital system. Email encourages the recipient to hit 'reply' which can be encouraging. But don't expect teplies.

#6StepsToRads Email!! but make sure it is as structured, formal, terse and carefully composed as snail mail. Has a header that is self-explanatory (not "Hi"...), anda formal opening salutation and a closing. Reiterate your interest and appreciation.
