@AXS has genuinely the worst customer support I have ever experienced. Their site thinks I’m a bot and won’t let me access my account. Contacted customer support, who then has to send it IT. Not a single person can actually fix the problem. We need competition in ticketing! 🤮

Waited for general sale after the presale disaster, and @axs you still have me blocked. Cant get tickets now. Only way is for me to go on stubhub and pay at least twice the original price even though you are trying to « ensure a fair fan experience » which is complete bs.
