Conclusion on The Fighting Nerds after they all lost?

Fans always overrate fighters when they’re on a win streak and then swing the other way when they lose. Happens all the time.

The Nerds are still a great team. How bad did they even lose? Not a single one got “fraud checked.” Prates, my favorite Fighting Nerd, already came back with a huge KO win. Caio lost to Imavov, who honestly should already be fighting for the title. Jean Silva got dominated on the ground in round one, but came back and hurt Diego multiple times. Diego's chin is just made of granit.

To me the main problem is they fight too emotionally, always trying to force that highlight reel finish. The greats — GSP, Jon Jones, Khabib — learned that the boring, disciplined way of fighting is what keeps you winning long term.

20-4 isn’t bad at all. They’re still dangerous, and they’re still here.
