Last press conference of the campaign!
The @BCGreens have had a hell of a run and have made a huge impact on this campaign.
@SoniaFurstenau has been a breath of fresh air, keeping the other leaders focused on putting people first!
With a harsh weather system arriving just before election day, the BC Greens are making the case for urgent forward-thinking solutions to build a more resilient province with an economy that recognizes the reality of climate change.

UBCIC condemns the offensive comment shared by BCCP candidate Bryan Breguet. Such narratives ignore the historic and ongoing impact of colonization and systemic racism. Candidates should focus on justice reform and not on attacking racialized groups. #bcpoli
The final hours of this election are here, and if BC Greens leader Sonia Furstenau's voice is any indication, the BC Greens have given everything we’ve got.
We’ve built real momentum. Now it’s time for you to vote for something - not out of fear, not out of anger, but because you believe in an inspiring vision for the future.
This election is about you. It’s about the people you love, the community you’ve helped build, and the future you know is possible.
Every vote is a step toward real change. When you show up, communities grow stronger, systems get better, and hope becomes action.
This is your moment to be part of something meaningful - to choose hope over fear, action over frustration, and to vote for lasting change.
Let’s do this together. Vote Green.

"Oh, for goodness sake," Furstenau said Sunday. "We've put out a platform. We've campaigned in a positive way. We've demonstrated that we've got solutions. If people think that these are good solutions, then they should vote for what they want."

Dear #Kamloops friends
If you haven't decided on who you are voting for in the BC election, please consider voting for Randy Sunderman and the @BCGreens
We have a decent shot at an outcome where neither dominant party will have an unaccountable majority.
If anyone’s interested in what a real plan for BC looks like, look no further…
T’would be incredible indeed to see this vision realized! 🤩

@vonbrauckmann@bcndp bc greens oppose aerial spraying, monoculture replanting and general forestry mismanagement we’ve seen from successive BCndp (and BC con-Liberals).

@by__brittany@bcndp Online bots don’t vote so it is actually a good strategy while ndp and greens are out actually connecting with real people and real voters.
The National Day for Truth and Reconciliation calls for a pause for reflection. It is also a call to action. It is a reminder for all British Columbians to learn the truth of the immense harms caused by residential schools.
The effects of residential school trauma reverberate through generations. Our province has been at the forefront of the formal recognition of the rights of Indigenous people as fundamental human rights and there are elements in our political system that want to roll back that recognition. We must be gentle but unyielding in recognizing the harms that residential schools caused generations of Indigenous people; it is the only way forward.
Today is a somber day, but let’s acknowledge the resilience of Indigenous people, language, and culture, which has flourished despite aggressive and repeated attempts to erase it. Indigenous peoples deep contribution to the shared wealth of British Columbia is in spite of the barriers of colonization. Together all British Columbians have taken tremendous strides towards reconciliation.
Reconciling the past and recognizing the full human rights of all British Columbians is the only way forward. Let’s keep going, together.

It's disappointing that BC Conservative Leader John Rustad chose to use today, a day of somber reflection, to further divide British Columbians.
The legislation Rustad wants to repeal affirms the basic human rights of Indigenous people and creates economic certainty and social stability for our province. Repealing DRIPA is not what leadership looks like.
