@DanJamesNelson Good luck with your future endeavours, I am sure your wife & children are very much looking forward to you spending time with them. Being a Cllr is extremely hard, especially with juggling work, family, friends, casework & meetings.
You still have 1 yr & 9 months to go lol 😆

Last night I attended the Palace Theatre for the opening night of The Adams Family.

The singing voices, the acting, the comedy was absolutely amazing, you really would not think that they were amateurs, a well deserved standing ovation was given. Please go and see it #Southend

From when we first met 34 years ago to getting married 29 years ago, to a month ago at our daughters wedding, we are still strong and together ❤️

Happy Anniversary @SatonmyButt xxxx

[cllr Donna Richardson @Dons3]

@DanJamesNelson @MartinTerryIND @CaroleMulroney @EssexPoliceUK Oh my goodness, how awful, I hope they are okay.

@_kuromify_ That made me laugh too 😆 he is a lovely guy 😊

[cllr Donna Richardson @Dons3]

The service was thought-provoking, talking about being charitable and offering prayers for all those who are caught up in conflicts around the world.

We were also treated to some delicious cakes, tea, and coffee that went down a treat. 😊

[cllr Donna Richardson @Dons3]

Thank you to Southend & District Reform Synagogue for inviting myself, @lwhb__ @CllrCowan our new MP @DavidBSampson & Deputy Mayor & Mayoress Nigel Folkhard & Marianne to celebrate the synagogues new members & those who have reached a milestone birthday.

[cllr Donna Richardson @Dons3]

@541517c3ea93488 @waitrose Yep, it's awful 😖

[cllr Donna Richardson @Dons3]

I would always buy Waitrose own toilet rolls for good quality, good price and 225 sheets per roll. I compared an old roll to one.

They are now 190 sheets per roll, they are shorter, the quality is awful, we are paying more money. This is outrageous, @waitrose

[cllr Donna Richardson @Dons3]

@tamasine @waitrose It really is not good 😐

[cllr Donna Richardson @Dons3]

Today, I attended the official opening of the Knife Angel statue in Southend City.

It truly was a very poignant & and thought-provoking ceremony that gave me tears.
We will be hosting it for the next 4 weeks alongside a programme of anti-violence education in our city.

Happy Fathers Day to the two dads in my life, I truly am lucky enough to still have mine.
You are both amazing in your unique ways 😊😘😘😘

Thinking of all those who are unable to celebrate with their dads today, this is a wonderful quote by Kahil Gibran :-) #fathersday

[cllr Donna Richardson @Dons3]

@KeithEvansInd @lwhb__ Well, that was before I was a Councillor, and unfortunately not. Obviously, I was not part of the plans on where that went. But the Gym equipment is going in around where you all chose previously.

[cllr Donna Richardson @Dons3]

@KeithEvansInd @lwhb__ This is what Helen & Laurie thought too, but when we hadn't heard anything, we chased it, and it had not been completed, we do not know why, so hence, it had to be done again 🤷‍♀️ but, at least it is now ordered, so should be in the park soon. 😊

[cllr Donna Richardson @Dons3]

@KeithEvansInd @lwhb__ Yes, of course, we chased it up, as it was taking a long time, turns out it was not put through, so we spoke with them & it is now sorted, unfortunately, we had to ho through the quote process again, but gym equipment is finally ordered, & should be in place in 6 to 8 weeks.

[cllr Donna Richardson @Dons3]

@KeithEvansInd @lwhb__ Then they just need to contact one of us, and we are happy to meet them at the library or even at the Civic Centre. It is not a problem 😊
