@EmpireEnjoyer3 Going after the terror networks and the NGO’s and fraud that fund them is too big brained for the GOP. Surface level solutions have always been the play.
@antidoc I can eat bacon and eggs or cereal for breakfast. One will keep me full for 3 or 4 hours. The other only lasts 1 or 2 hours before I feel hungry again.
@antidoc Calories matter, but people forget about satiety. 400 calories of donuts is a lot less satiating than 400 calories of salmon despite being the same in terms of energy. Processed foods add in that psychological factor to contend with. You usually don’t feel as full.
@BowTiedOx Leg press is a great warmup or finisher for leg day. It is misunderstood because people think it can replace squats, or they press heavy with a 2” ROM and curved spine, barely bending their knees & counting those as reps.
@antidoc That’s the key that natural foods have: the meat, eggs, & milk you mentioned in recent polls about CICO. Natural high-protein foods are satiating, which leads to less calories consumed vs the processed foods. Everything leads back to CICO.
