Highlight of my shopping trip yesterday at the Trafford Centre, Manchester , aside my new goodies, was this lower self service till in @marksandspencer - I’ve never come across one before. Please have this as standard. Tech is great but only if it is inclusive 👍🏻

Accessible benches at my local park - from my observation at least, only two seemed to have this wheelchair space the other six or so didn’t.. why is it not a standard design @southribble #DontWantOurCash

Disabled by @marksandspencer yet again ‼️Now I can no longer shop independently because the chiller cabinet doors pull toward you & these ridiculous racks at the base get caught on wheels & prevent you getting close enough to reach handles let alone food inside 🧵

How do we feel about self service checkouts. Store such as @Matalan seem to be using them solely - staff should be there to assist but this may mean a long wait until they get to you & removes autonomy? What would we like to see in terms of better access? #DWOC
