For those who are upset at GVF being cancelled, here's something for you to think about:

Option A: Let the festival continue as is. PN uses it to cause mayhem, including protests. Religious sentiments cause heavy defeat in PRN and Selangor potentially falls. Forget about going to concerts again.

Option B: Cancel the event. Proactively manage the optics. Weather the storm. Retain Selangor. Coldplay, K- Pop and all future concerts proceed as is.

Take your pick. In war, especially an ethnic/religious political war, there is no grey. To beat them, we must first disarm them.

Malaysia was never like this in the 90s and 00s. The country was moderate and tolerant because PAS was irrelevant. We have to make them irrelevant again.
