@enbridgegas What is the purpose of having a phone number when it is impossible to reach a person to speak to? I can't even speak to the Ombudsman because there's no option to reach someone via the phone number provided. Insincerity at its best.

@CBCOntarioToday Opposite to today's topic: My friends and I once kept the money we found in a wallet in college. I have never felt right about it because it was a lot of money (which was subsequently stolen from us). I would give that money back if I could....27 years later.

@SwissChaletCA So much for that. Is there a reason I am not being put through to a supervisor on the escalation team when I ask? I had to ask 5 times because your system still won't allow me to order a meal. Sending me a gift card does nothing if I still can't order.

@SwissChaletCA 6 days, 8 phone calls, 4 emails, over an hour on the phone more than once just to order a dinner I didn't get to correct an order that was missing food and I'm still no further ahead and still haven't received my meal. Not exactly customer service at its finest. 😑
