Roblox has now PERMANENTLY TERMINATED my account over alleged off-platform Robux trading.

My account held MILLIONS of Robux and years of development work. It’s now all at risk.

To the best of my knowledge, I have never knowingly participated in unauthorized Robux trading.

My appeal was rejected, despite Roblox providing ZERO details about the activity that supposedly caused this.

Multiple developers I know were also warned/banned around the same time. Please @robloxdevrel, I desperately need someone to look into this.

🚨Attention🚨 Roblox Community

🤖‼️Anyone can get banned by AI moderation for absolutely no reason, and for a variety of reasons, some of which are nearly impossible to protect against‼️🤖

1) ⚠️You can get an erroneous ban for linked to another account if you connect to public Wi-Fi, as Roblox doesn't distinguish between public and home IP addresses. If someone on that address is banned, Roblox will ban all users on that network for connecting to that account. A VPN can also be a trigger⚠️

2) ❌Never name your game, such as Dollhouse or other names that were previously removed for inappropriate content. Roblox will consider you a re-uploader of a deleted place simply because the name matches❌

3) 🚫Avoid enabled voice chat. Unfortunately, this is the biggest problem: Roblox issues bans incorrectly. Recognizing speech in chat and false considering it offensive is the biggest hole in their ai moderation system🚫

⚠️ Roblox users who linked their accounts to PlayStation should be aware of a potential security risk.

If a bad actor socially engineers Sony Support into giving them access to a linked PlayStation account, they may be able to install Roblox and use the existing PlayStation link and Roblox’s Quick Sign-In feature to possibly access the Roblox account on another device and steal Limiteds.

We recommend enabling Enhanced Protection on your Roblox account and unlinking through the security page in settings.
