@CenturyLinkHelp Also if we “the customer” didn’t pay our rate we would get our Internet shut off. Now explain to me how this is reasonable? You have extremely mad customers as well and could barely give a status update on this. Please do better with updates and servicing YOUR CUSTOMERS
@CenturyLinkHelp How am I supposed to work when the SERVICE I pay for doesn’t work…I’m genuinely not trying to be mean about this but we pay our side of the share and when your side doesn’t work it should mean compensation to the customer.
