@DoorDash_Help I’ve been waiting weeks for a refund on a canceled order. My bank confirms no refund attempt was made, and a supervisor ended the chat without resolution or proof. I need this escalated immediately. Holding customer funds with no reference number is unacceptable.

Order 1: placed around 9:45 and received a order for another person that was placed at 2:15

Replacement Order: took 1 hour and 1 item was missing and 1 item was wrong.

2 orders in 2 hours and nothing right.
