@TheFergusonWay I would rather sign no one than sign the wrong players by overpaying in transfer and salary. We end up stuck with them for years and lose both ways cz we cannot sell them e.g Mount, Martial, Antony, zirkzee
@patricktyrant She 100% wrong. There is no evidence that Fernandes is the right player or Anderson/Tonali. Citing City overpaying and getting the right players it is probably 50/50 success rate. For every De Bruyne/Dias there is a Philips or Grealish. 2019 72m Pepe to Arsenal vs Rice.
@Ankaman616 Utd can't win. Overpay vs not paying fans will go crazy. We want recruitment to be fixed, this is how you do it or we end up Antony's, Mounts or Casemiro (good signing but age profile and wages all wrong). Identify good transfers for the long term, this is not FPL.
@UtdRobert This feels like they were looking to back the refs decision rather than objectively viewing the incident. I would love to hear the var tapes of Pool vs PSG when var went against the refs penalty decision. No chance EPL var would do that especially in anfield.
@WelBeast Who won POTY in 99 - Ginola at Spurs but he won it on basis of having a great season and multiple Utd players having great seasons and splitting the vote. I reckon spurs fans would have preferred Utds season over Ginola winning the POTY. Calm down & enjoy your season.
@jimmymcbride1 I get it but surely something more associated to Manchester would be better. I have suggested 'Dirty Old Town' (The Pogues version) imagine 70 odd thousand singing that....
@F365 Spurs and Mount seems like it would be a good fit. United I am sure would be open and it would give Mount a fresh start. 30m would surely secure him?
@StretfordPaddck@henrywinter Did he not say in an interview that he feels it is time for a new challenge to which RA responded right here is this biggest challenge you can find in football right now?
@bethTmufc Of course there is. Fans give out about overpaying for players constantly. When the club takes their time to insure they are not overpaying, fans give out. Yes we all love new signings but I am happy they are taking their time, the difference is we are working on multiple deals.
@__scottsaunders I'd go as far as saying every other PL team have a better GK. If/when we sign Mbeumo would you go all out for a GK over a striker? If Costa is available now but not if we sign a striker, what do you do? I'd sign Costa first. Become a solid team first and then go for a striker.
@TheFergusonWay Garnacho he can strike first time coming in off his left, hojlund would be on his weaker foot and would have to cut back in and be crowded out before getting shot away.
@MUNScout We need to learn our lesson here, we judged Onana on his passing comp. We now have a save comp, show us a comp on the type of goals they concede. IMO that is how you judge a keeper. A good keeper organises the defense to reduce saves/shots faced.
@OddsOnFPL It's pretty simple. Dorgu younger, cheaper and lower wage with a higher potential for growth. Ait Nouri - more expensive, higher wages, lower growth ceiling. Ait Nouri is ok, he is an average LB. Why didn't city go for Kerkes is the question.
@UtdXclusive@Muppetiers If they sign Dibling over Mbeumo I am done. This window needs to be risk free, no potential BS, guaranteed performers and hard workers. Carrington is where we get potential. Dibling could be the next CR7 or Sancho, it's 50/50. We don't have the space/time for that risk
