6 months - 1 question:
Can artificially training my confidence on my ability to get things done actually impact my long term behaviour and personality?
1/ For years, I witnessed my life crumble due to a simple fact: not being able to sit on a chair and get sh*t done.
Thought it would stop starting an actual job, but it just got worse.
To a point were I mess up my sleep and pull all nighters to catch up on late work and deadlines
Day 1
- Important deadlines a work made it so that I had no time to think about doing sthg else.
- Took 10mn tonight to exercise and stretch, visualizing pain and exhaustion as if it were coming from work, and calmly breathing through them.
Completed 6 days of #DopamineFast, and relapsed on the 7th
But a 6d streak is better than nothing, I'll take it!
Let's go for some creative stuff now:
Intermittent fasting, eating only when I finish my work for the day
Starting with a week (+ Dop Fast of course)
5/ And so, I'm back for a new 6 months challenge.
Only rule: do something everyday to help myself regain confidence on my capacity to get work done.
Could be : visualisation meditation, positive affirmations, hypnosis, free writing to identify what actually blocks me...
Hey, limbic system... Shut the F up!

Don't you wanna try to help with your own tools, instead of always getting in the way?
[Looking for accountability buddy for 7d challenge]
Everythg has been out of control these last few days, need to start small again
Let's aim for 7d starting Monday 15th

Time to reflect on this week-end!
- Was reading the whole Saturday. I don't even remember the last time this happened!
- Had a small (but inacceptable) YouTube consumption
- Ate about healthy, but too much which impacted my energy lvls
Slowly getting back on track!!
Day 4 - had to fight a few urges being tired, pretty happy with myself.
Carrying on the food fast longer, 48h would be great, let's see if I can hold it :)
Coming back to twitter.
My last attempt was a failure, had some really important stuff going on, and the stress got me on a Sunday at home; I relapsed.
Was then too ashamed to admit it, and left twitter aside.
A month has gone by, and on the 1st of July, I wanted to pick
