I made a personal commitment several days ago to to greet each person I come in contact with a question "Do you or your family need anything?" This simple act has changed my life #KindnessMatters
BANGOR: "If you have a group of people gathered for any reason, no matter their age, it has implications for anyone they come in contact with. We need to flatten the curve, and to continue to take advantage of planning and learning form each other." (paraphrased Noah Nesin, PCHC)
You are never too old to:
1 change your mind
2 forgive first
3 learn a new skill
4 share wisdom
5 be afraid
6 apologize for your mistakes
7 love again
8 make new friends
9 be generous
10 choose happiness
11 remove clutter
12 re-read a favorite book
13 show gratitude
14 try again
Three things you control every day are your ATTITUDE, your EFFORT and your ACTIONS.
It doesn’t matter what others are doing or who you think is being unfair. Every day you can focus on being positive, working hard and making others around you better.

@bensprague@CityofBangorME I agree. Today a gentleman in need walked into my business and asked for help. He was sweating, difficult to understand and in distress. We offered him a bottle of water. Waited with him for emergency services. The officers who responded handled him with dignity and care.
