@Respawn why can't those who are level 500 get a pack every 2-5 "level ups" after 500? I've been level 500 for almost 2 seasons... no chance at an heirloom or new skins/crafting materials except the ~10 packs I get from the battle pass each season.

@PlayApex I keep getting put in arenas matches I've been put in by myself against a full team. Seems unfair to punish me for leaving when I'm the only one on my team.
