@VerizonSupport 9 days without internet after moving to a new address. Multiple failed setup attempts, miscommunications, and still no resolution. We’ve run out of hotspot so are no longer able to work from home
It really feels like Verizon doesn’t care about their customers. I need this escalated and resolved immediately — and credited for every day of lost service. FCC complaint is next.
We most recently had a tech scheduled for today for 8-9am and without any warning had that cancelled and now the local dispatch is saying tomorrow. I'm paying for a service I can't use which is also materially impacting our ability to work and costing us
SO BASICALLY PUBLIC LIBRARIES ARE JUST 0.4% OF THE NEW YORK CITY BUDGET, BUT THE MAYOR IS TRYING TO CUT THE LIBRARY'S BUDGET WAY BACK. I’M TALKING $58.3 MILLION! LIBRARIES ARE ALREADY CLOSED ON SUNDAYS BECAUSE OF PREVIOUS CUTS AND MOST BRANCHES WILL BE OPEN FOR JUST FIVE DAYS A WEEK IF THESE CUTS GO THROUGH!! WE ONLY HAVE UNTIL THE END OF JUNE TO TELL @NYCMAYOR #NOCUTSTOLIBRARIES AND SAVE THE LIBRARY.
Imagine being less than 24 hours out from losing your loved one(s) and hearing law enforcement defend their murderer by saying “He was fed up, at the end of his rope...yesterday was a really bad day for him and this is what he did.” That feels like an additional hate crime.
“Then Mr. Upshaw, 33, saw that his utility bill from Griddy had risen to more than $6,700. He usually pays about $80 a month this time of year.” Deregulation, consumer-choice, market-regulation, free-markets look like this in practice for ordinary people. https://t.co/CIY76WAJ4U
