I called yesterday asking for a refund and they are just tossing me around, same thing today i have called severally. I even heard that my 30 days starts counting from the day of registration, so i am 8 days down and havent even seen the device. @AirtelNigeria do better

I made payment for the @AirtelNigeria ODU on the 16th of December at the wuse- Abuja @Airtel_Presence office , we were told we couldnt pickup same day and assured that it will take 4 or 5 days for the installer to pick up and deliver, so my husband took the sales persons number.

I reached out on saturday as we had not heard from any one.
I was shocked to find out nothing had been done and it was after my call on saturday that the request for installer was called since tuedsay, i was assured it will be installed that saturday but was dissapointed

The passenger and the purewater hawker are in same gang, the one in the buss will buy purewater then play the "there is no change" game and offer the passenger beside extra pure water(already drugged) for the remaining change
