@UndadTV @ScarizardPlays Neltharion's Call to Chaos is one example in Aberrus where some of the specs that use it just don't really use AoE abilities much. Fire Mage for example typically only triggers it from Phoenix Flames even on AoE since many people don't play Flamestrike.

@Fleks27 @WarcraftDevs I suspect this is intended and that the talent is meant to make it feel better to spend Fingers of Frost into a target with Winter's Chill. If it is intended, the description should be adjusted to make it clear that you need Fingers of Frost and another Frozen effect.

@JeffAHamilton @bloodmallet Yeah, trinket stacks as they are definitely aren't perfect. I guess ideally with infinite computation available, sites could show stacks for various fight lengths so that the situational advantage of each trinket would be more apparent.

@JeffAHamilton @bloodmallet Simc defaults to 20% uniform variance (4 to 6 minute fight lengths) to correct for this somewhat. Sadly, the comparison includes other sources of damage and varying the durations might bias the results based on spec performance instead of trinket performance.

@maximum I think the Fated scaling was applied in a similar way, which is what caused the class bugs (a lot of these abilities are also broken in level-scaled content). The boss/player HP/damage being 15% high now is likely a side effect that allowed the main issue to be fixed so quickly.
