Fermented for 13 months, bottled a few for tasting purposes. Single variety Cyser, this batch was made using Stoke Red cider apples, and buckets of honey.

Beltane Mead is almost there, jet black, loads of honey, Habanero and Chipotle chilli peppers.
Black for the ashes, chilli for the fire.
