@SwiggyCares I've since been given a ₹1000 coupon as a goodwill gesture out of which ₹732 is towards the cancellation fee I'm expected to pay via the coupon.
Lo and behold - that coupon cannot be used for cancellation fee and only for Swiggy food orders.

14th May - an incorrect order gets placed, cancellation fee reversed.
17th- app continues asking me to pay the fee for all new orders
24th- app still asks me to pay the cancel fee.
OneBLCK user expecting priority support.
None given over chat.
It's been 3 days to this and 10 days to the first time the issue was raised, still not fixed, still being asked to pay a cancellation fee which executives claim will be refunded promptly

Order cancelled few days back, cancellation fee reversed due to OneBLCK status, refund completed, yet new orders require a cancellation fee to be paid???
