@Lowes Spent $45k+ at Lowe’s over 2.5 years- just learned the rewards were hidden. Rewards show $0- have to tap it t0 reveal. Lost $$$ expired rewards. Spent $400 today showed assoc. my account she said expired. Went home found $18 I could have used .#Lowes #MyLowesRewards

@Lowes $45k at Lowe’s on DIY projects and just discovered the Rewards program quietly hiding rewards and expiring them. I visit a lot and try to use but the app shows $0 rewards but $1000’s of our rewards have gone expired. They don’t want us to use the program . 😩

@MattressFirm I had a 600 and because I needed a replacement remote you all replaced it with a Sleepy's Deluxe Adjustable Base. The vibration motor on this thing is horrific and headache inducing. The gear grinding is wild. This is the one you all should have discontinued.

@vinevidaoil I emailed over 24 hours ago about an 2lb oil that I believe smells nothing like Baccarat Rouge 540, and I still haven’t heard back. I trusted your brand based on past purchases, but this delay and scent quality are really disappointing. I’d like a replacement ASAP.

@Wendys I submitted a complaint to 800 number about an unethical Manager over charging customers to simulate selling more “Boo 👻 Books” and Wendys corporate gave her my phone number to call me 🥴😂. If the she has no sense at work, how will act outside of work? 🙄

@Wendys I checked my receipt, and sure enough, I was charged for a Boo Booklet that I never asked for or received. This is theft. Not an accident either. Only reason I check is because usually the manager is super rude but was OVERLY nice today.

@twocitiespizza Suwanee Ga when they first opened the food and service was awesome!! But lately, our order is always missing or messed up. It's a hassle and management just turns a blind eye.Around here good food is abundant, a business needs good service to stay open.

@MattressFirm We purchased an adj bed less than 3 years ago and the remote stopped working. The MF manufacturer discontinued bed so we now have a very expensive paper weight. No help from MF… No one has a remote to sell us. Terrible experience. Please shop somewhere else.
