Soccer fields are made for speed and agility. Smaller bodies gliding across the surface with minimal contact.

They are not properly conditioned to have the size & strength of NFL players cutting, pushing and driving all game on them.

This is common at international games.

@RoaringHammy I guess I’m opposite of most replies but I bought my 11 year old daughter one. It’s an easy way to communicate with her when she’s at a friend’s or for emergencies.

But I understand the hesitation to buy a $600 watch for an 11 year old. Not to mention monthly cellular fees.
